Spotlight Music Cover Shoot
I had the pleasure of Kid Pest back in the studio recently to shoot his artwork for the upcoming EP release Spotlight Music.
Id already had the ideas nailed and a storyboard was made, altered and re worked until I was happy and even then we didn't venture outside as originally planned!
So what could look simple was actually quite technical and I had to build the image up from a lighting point of view.
I wont go to teccy but I'm happy to explain if anybody wants to know, some are more obvious than others.
So, the shoot was inline with the album title and we stayed away from the more obvious Hip Hop style shoots to offer something a little ore thoughtful and moody, in a way reflecting the music on the Ep.
Now depending on what you view these on ( laptop screens are notoriously bad) they may look a bit odd!
The actual cover hasn't been decided as yet and there will be a back and booklet but I will add the finished products as soon as possible and a link to download the EP if you wish!
So I will leave you with a few teasers!!
